  Founder of our Business Group, Late Sri.V.C .Mathew Vellapally took  roots as a small time Civil Contractor to the Prominent Planters of Kerala and few Foreign Organizations based in Kerala.In 1931 – 32 he incorporated a partnership firm M/s Peroor Trading & Construction Co., which was the authorized dealers to M/s Aspin Wall&Co. and M/s East India Company. Their first major construction project was NERIAMANGALAM ARCH BRIDGE in Idukki,Kerala,for a German Agency.

  In 1947,Late Sri.V.C. Mathew Vellapally incorporated the firm M/s VELLAPALLY BROTHERS in partnership with his cousin brothers Late Sri. Chandy Vellapally & Sri. James Vellapally, providing plenty of job opportunities to the people of their village ‘Peroor.’ They marked a standard in quality, speed and trust.

  This firm is carrying out Civil and Structural Engineering Works for Public and Private Enterprises and Industries.

  This firm was managed by Late. Sri. Alexander Vellapally from 1953. And from 1980 onwards this firm is being managed by his elder son Sri. Mathew Alex Vellapally (Bapuji), brother of Sri. Abraham Alex Vellapally (Abby).

   Vellapally Brothers has incorporated a Machinery Division in the new millennium, with a vision to take dealership of all construction equipments under one roof; which is at present carryout the following:

Dealership of Equipments and its attachments and spare parts and to provide after sale service for M/s. Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T).
Dealership of Mining & Construction range of Chicago Pneumatic Tool and Atlas Copco/AEG range of Electro Power Tools, Compressors, Electric and Pneumatic power tools etc.

Dealership of Hydraulic Mobile Cranes, Fixed Tower Cranes, Lorry Loader and Truck Mounted Cranes, Mobile Tower Crane etc. manufactured by Action Construction Equipments PVT. Ltd. (ACE)
